Mauro Godello 2022

Mauro Godello is a white wine of the Castilla y León V.T. elaborated by Bodegas Mauro. In this vintage 2018 the cycle is characterized by a temperate, humid and late winter, with late frosts until February. A spring that is too rainy slowed flowering, but the dry and warm summer favored perfect maturity and a quiet harvest on September 12th.

Delicate squeezing of the grape and subsequent maceration with skins to 8 º for 12 hours in order to increase the aromatic flow. After a slight static debourbage, the alcoholic fermentation begins in barrels of 500 liters, where the wine remained in contact with its fine lees for 9 months until its bottling in June 2018.
