Rosa Lafuente is a differential brand of Paco Lafuente. The preserves maintain the centenary know-how, the traditional way of elaboration and are packed by hand without adding any chemical products. The highest quality raw materials come from the Arousa estuary and the coast of Galicia.
They use fresh, live mussels (Mytilus Galloprovincialis) as raw material. They prepare it in pickled sauce, which is made entirely in their facilities from natural products.
