Mezcal Yuu Baal Jovel

Yuu Baal Joven Mezcal is produced exclusively using Espadín agave grown in Oaxaca, Mexico. It is made in a completely artisanal way, respecting the ancient and deep-rooted traditions of the expert mezcaleros of Oaxaca.

A group of producers are dedicated to making their own mezcals, beginning by tending and cultivating their own land where the agave is harvested and grown. Each mezcal represents the extraordinary expression of the terroir of the locality where it is produced, and the agaves used are different, giving each bottle unique characteristics.

The Espadín agave used is refined and well-defined, resulting in a balanced and aromatic mezcal.
