Colour: straw yellow with greenish reflections, bright, with fine and constant bubbles.
Aroma: In the nose is frank, with clean aromas, flawless, and of remarkable intensity. Aromas of ripe white fruit (pear), pastry (angel hair), light smoked and aniseed.
Flavor: Fresh in mouth, sapid, fruity Pass, apricot souvenir, citrus light notes. Slightly fruity at its end with a nice dry feeling.
