Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial Salmanazar is a straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections, bright, with fine and constant bubbles.
In the nose it is frank, with clean aromas, without defects, and of remarkable intensity. Aromas of ripe white fruit (pear), pastry (angel hair), light smoked and aniseed.
Fresh in mouth, sapid, fruity Pass, apricot souvenir, citrus light notes. Slightly fruity at its end with a nice dry feeling.
