Neprica Primitivo Tormaresca 2021

Neprica Primitivo Tormaresca is a red wine made from Primitivo grapes in the region of Puglia (Italy) by the Marchesi Antinori winery.

The grapes for this red wine from Italy are exclusively hand-picked when they are at their optimum ripeness. After the harvest, the grapes arrive at the winery in the shortest possible time. Here they are carefully sorted and crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Fermentation is followed by ageing on fine lees for a few months before the wine is finally racked. Ageing in oak barrels is followed by a long ageing in the bottle, which makes this red wine even more complex.

This red wine is round and supple, dense and creamy. It is powerful and complex on the palate.

Due to its present fruity acidity, the Neprica Primitivo is fantastically fresh and lively on the palate.
