Nose: Lemon zest, vanilla and distinctive coastal influence give way to floral intensity, juicy peaches, pears and rich spices.

Palate: bursts of tropical fruits and dried sultanas. Warm smoke, waves of honey, malt and rich sweet toffee.

Finish: fruit steeped in sherry wine, black pepper and sea salt. Long lasting with sweet and citrus layers accompanied by maritime peat smoke.
