This pack of white wines from Burgundy is composed of six magnificent bottles:
CHABLIS - Julien Brocard 7 Lieux Nature: Julien Brocard is the son of Jean Marc Brocard. He launched his 7 Lieux range in 2012, comprising 7 wines made from parcels from Domaine Brocard, the family's winery.
The Julien Brocard Chablis 7 Lieux Nature is harvested by hand so that the grapes arrive at the winery as whole as possible. Once there, it is gently pressed and then fermented with indigenous yeasts and bottled without added sulphites. Only about 2,000 bottles of this artisanal wine are produced.
Julien Brocard Chablis 7 Lieux Nature is a natural white wine of very limited production that displays citrus and mineral hints and offers good freshness and a great finish.
MEURSAULT - Albert Bichot Meursault: Located in the heart of the Côte de Beaune, Meursault is one of the flagship villages of Burgundy and one of the most renowned. In fact, Meursault is often referred to as the capital of the great whites of Burgundy.
It is a single varietal Chardonnay white wine. The vines are on average 30 years old and are planted on clay-limestone soils with white marl. Albert Bichot's Meursault Village blanc Domaine du Pavillon 2015 is aged in oak barrels for an average of 12 to 15 months.
PULIGNY-MONTRACHET - Domaine Faiveley Puligny-Montrachet: is a single varietal Chardonnay white wine under the AOC Puligny-Montrachet in the Burgundy region of France. Joseph Faiveley Puligny-Montrachet is a Premier Cru from the Côte de Beaune that comes from a small plot with an exceptional terroir for growing Chardonnay where light and shallow soils predominate and give rise to fine, elegant wines with great aromatic persistence.
At Domaine Faiveley they work their vineyards using sustainable viticulture, a philosophy they apply with the aim of obtaining the best quality and authenticity in each harvest as well as out of ethical respect for the environment, a wine that exemplifies what a terroir Chardonnay full of Burgundian elegance is like.
POUILLY-FUISSÉ- Domaine Faiveley Pouilly-Fuissé: A single varietal Chardonnay white wine under the AOC Pouilly-Fuissé in Mâconnais, Burgundy. This small region of Macônnais became famous for these wines, but also for the famous rock of Solutré, on the top of which it is possible to admire the fabulous wine-growing landscape that surrounds it.
This wine has fresh and elegant aromas, with notes of white flowers and citrus fruit. Very expressive, round on the palate and fresh.
