Pampelle

Pampelle is a delicious aperitif of Grapefruit, a sour but sweet liqueur whose flavor is dominated by the ruby red grapefruit of Corsica. Made by the Charente River in Cognac, France, this is created by an infusion of citrus peels, natural botanicals, and Eau de Vie. Try it with prosecco and a little soda.
