PARAJES DEL CABRIEL 2022

Parajes del Cabriel is a young red wine produced under the D.O. Utiel-Requena (Valencia) by Bruno Murciano.

Previously known as La Malkerida, this is a young wine made by Bruno Murciano and David Sampedro from grapes of the Bobal grape variety native to the area of Valencia.

It is made with grapes harvested from a single estate characterised by its poor soils composed of clay and sand. The grapes are harvested entirely by hand, using low-capacity boxes to transport the bunches.

TASTING NOTE PARAJES DEL CABRIEL

APPEARANCE: It shows a very clean and bright cherry red colour with medium-high depth.

AROMA: On the nose, notes of ripe red and black fruit predominate, together with other aromas in the background that evoke memories of minerals and sweet spices.

TASTE: This is a young red wine that is very easy to drink, with a silky mouthfeel and pleasant tannins. Its flavour confirms all the nuances already perceived in the olfactory phase, with hints of very fresh red and black fruit predominating.
