Petit Pissarres 2019

Petit Pissarres is a young red wine of the D.O. Priorat elaborated by THE Bodega Costers del Priorat.

It is made with grapes from the three farms, in a balance that reinforces the accessible character of what is considered regional wine.

Vinification is made in stainless steel tanks of 5,000 litres. The varieties present in the Coupage are vinification separately to obtain the maximum expressive potential of each grape. The ageing is carried out during 6 months in French oak barrels of 225 and 500 liters. Part of the barrels are new, part are second year.
