This natural and authentic wine reflects the passion and dedication of winemaker Philippe Pacalet, renowned in the region for his commitment to making high quality wines.

During vinification, the grapes undergo a natural process without the use of chemicals or additives, and are aged in oak barrels for 12 months for an exceptional flavour and aroma.
