Quinta de Couselo Selección 2014

The white WINE Quinta de Couselo selection belongs D.O. Rías Baixas elaborated by THE Bodega Quinta de Couselo. This wine is a monovarietal of Albariño grapes.

The winery has ocho hectares of vineyards and some farms whose processes oversee the winery's technical team. The soils of these plots are mainly of type granite, although also slate soils are found.

The harvest is done manually and using boxes of fifteen kilos to prevent the grains from breaking.

The bunches are chosen one by one at a vibrating selection table. The grapes are stemmeded and maceraed later before being pressed pneumatically. The musts obtained from this process are separate and undergo a static debourbage.

Quinta de Couselo selection ferments at controlled temperature before final ageing. This wine rests for 26 months on its Lees.
