In the elaboration of the reserves in Ramón Bilbao it is thought of wines that in most cases will be opened after a few years. Therefore they are suitable coupages to remain a long period in barrel and thus, to gain longevity and that its evolution in bottle is slow and full.
Tasting notes of Ramon Bilbao Reserva
Ramon Bilbao Reserva has a cherry colour with garnet edging. Intense and aromatic memories in the nose of black fruit (blueberries) along with a pleasant toast of its rich wood. The spices play with the minerals like coal or Chinese ink, bitter chocolate and Paloduz.
The palate is tasty and elegant and enveloping with notes of currants, ember of firewood, pepper and tobacco leaves and infusion.
