Roger de Flor Semi Seco is a sparkling wine of the denomination of Origin Cava.
The grapes used in the elaboration of Roger de Flor come from selected vineyards in the Penedés area, where the varieties used show all their tipicity.
In the soils of the Penedés predominantly clay, in the most superficial layers, along with some limestone, alternating with layers of alluvial terrain.
As for cultivation methods, usually alternate the conduction in glass and trellis and short pruning for Macabeo and Parellada and long for Xarel. Lo and Chardonnay.
Semi Dry Roger de Flor Tasting Note
Semi-Dry Roger de Flor is a very pale straw-yellow colour. Fine and well-integrated bubble in the wine. Primary aromas typical of the varieties used (apple, citrus, almond blossom) complemented with the aromas of ageing, such as honey, toasted bread, etc.
In the mouth, fine bubbles and balanced acidity, even in the sweetest dosages.
