Ron Dictador Best of 1981 Apasionado

Rum distilled from sugar cane honey in 1981 and kept in American oak ex-bourbon casks and bottled in 2017.

The precious liquids of the "Best Of" range represent a selection of the best and oldest casks from Dictador's collection that has been developed over more than 100 years, since the opening of its distillery.

Dictador's idea was to bring many combinations to these exceptional rums: floral and peaty fragrance and flavours, smoke and leaves, and minerals and peel.

The result is an elegant aroma that has become a majestic blend. The evolution of the rums in these casks confirms the versatile essence of their distilling method, extracting this malty finish in the mouth while maintaining a pure caramel and oak flavour.
