More info

Marmajuelo is a wine made with the Canary Island variety Marmajuelo, also known as Bermejuela, from free-standing vines grown in a Royat Simple conduction system. In a volcanic soil with vegetation cover.

Fermented in foudre with indigenous yeasts, aged for 9 months on lees in 25hl foudre.

Tamerán is a new project born on the island of Gran Canaria in 2019. This winery is driven by David Silva, who acquired a large estate in the centre of the island, which had 6 hectares of vineyards already planted in Cordon Royat Simple system of multiple native Canary Island varieties, such as Verdello, Marmajuelo, Baboso Blanco, Vijariego Blanco, Malvasía Aromática, Malvasía Volcánica, Vijariego Negro, etc. These vineyards are located between 620 and 700 metres above sea level on the border of the municipalities of Santa Lucía and San Bartolomé de Tirajana and are strongly influenced by the volcanic rock present.
