Tantum Ergo Brut Nature is a cava made in Requena, in the inner part of the Valencian Community, by Bodegas Hispano Suizas. The harvest is manual, only grapes are collected with better sanitary condition. During the harvest and vinification the temperatures are low to maintain the primary aromas. The fermentation of Tantum Ergo is carried out in American oak casks, once the first fermentation is finished, the wine will be kept on its lees, thus achieving more unctuosity and volume. The second bottle fermentation lasts up to a minimum of 22 months until its manual disgorging.

Cava Tantum Ergo Chardonnay is of intense golden yellow color.
Aroma of very high intensity, recalling aromas of ripe white fruit, with nuances of pastries and nuts with a light background of vanilla.
Powerful flavor, creamy, with a lot of breadth and complexity in the mouth that gives a very long finish and a balanced acidity.
