El Jimador is a rested or aged tequila, elaborated 100% with authentic agave.
It is produced following a special production process that begins with the collection of 10-year-old agaves, which are cooked for 24 hours to extract their juices. Once obtained, these become fermented to distill doubly and leave to stand in white oak barrels for two months.
El Jimador Tequila Tasting Note
THE El Jimador Tequila is soft and delicate, highlighting notes of vanilla and caramel, Both in the nose and mouth. It also has an attractive light golden color.
