Termesis a red wine crianza from the Toro denomination of origin elaborated by Numanthia Termes.
Termes is the youngest wine of the Numanthia winery. 30-year-old vines planted at altitude 700m with low yields. Manual harvesting with a rigorous selection process, both in the field and in the winery. Fermentation during 8 days with 2 daily remounts and controlled temperature (26º -28 º). Maceration with skins for 21 days with light remounted. Aged for 16 months in first-year French oak barrels with light remounted every 4 months.

Termes is a dark red colour with intense ruby.
Intense and fresh aromas of red currant, cherry and raspberry very well integrated with floral notes, soft spices and a small touch of eucalyptus.
Texture in silky and vibrant mouth. Persistent and intense attack. Long and complex finish, with notes of spices, tobacco, raspberries and blackberries.
