The Bruno's Dream 2020

El Sueño de Bruno is a single varietal red wine made from Bobal grapes coming from controlled, 90-year-old vines in an area of the Viña Emilio estate in Caudete de las Fuentes (Valencia), in the Utiel-Requena DO.

A green harvest was carried out in mid-August and the grapes were transferred in crates to the Cooperativa de Viticultores de San Juan. Located in the highest part (900 metres) of a vineyard considered Grand Cru by the locals of Caudete de las Fuentes.

TASTING NOTE EL SUEÑO DE BRUNO

Appearance: Intense cherry colour. Higher layer than its brothers L'Alegría and La Bruna.

Nose: Very high aromatic intensity. Very perfumed, aromas of thyme, rosemary, concentrated cherry.

Palate: Very tasty and intense. Deep and forceful.
