THE GLENROTHES 2001 MALT 70CL

The Glenrothes 2001 is a single malt whiskey whose distillery was founded in 1879. It is located next to "The Burn of Rothes", a river that runs through the small town of Rothes, in the heart of Speyside. Each bottle of this Vintage Malt whiskey bears the distillation date and the bottling date. The selected barrels must meet the expected high quality and must have other very special characteristics to guarantee bottling as a "vintage". Not all one-year-old barrels can pass the strict criteria and a vintage is not guaranteed every year.
