Description
Tintilla de Rota is a monovarietal wine D. O Jerez-Manzanilla elaborated BY Bodega Finca Moncloa with the variety of Tintilla grape of rota. It is carried out in a traditional way, leaving the grape to ripen in the vine. It ages for more than 12 months in American and French oak barrels, new and second-use.
Tintilla de Rota tasting note
Tintilla de Rota sweet has intense cherry color very dark, with violet edging and dense and persistent tear. Intense aroma of marmalade, jam of very ripe black fruits, vanilla and cocoa, and elegant aroma of French oak. In the mouth it is silky and velvety, but persistent and with body. Soft, round and elegant tannins, and aftertaste of black fruit jam, liqueur of almost, caramel, honey, and fine notes of French oak.
