The rosé wine Tombu is made from grapes from old vineyards located in the municipality of Pajares de los Oteros through the ancestral method of "mother". The vineyard is located at 810 meters altitude above sea level. Its type of conduction is the so-called "dredge", consisting of a double tracked cord supported on the ground.
It is perfect to taste with light and medium consistency dishes, such as snacks, tapas, baked fish, potatoes and rice. It is recommended to enjoy it at a temperature of about 10-11 °c, never excessively cold.

Beautiful raspberry red dress. Clean and shiny.
On the nose it is intense, clean, frank, with aromas of fresh red fruits typical of the variety and red flower backgrounds.
In the mouth it is dry, fresh, warm, very wide and persistent, of elegant aftertaste.
