Tras los Muros 2017

Tras los Muros is a white wine from Pazo de Señorans made from 100% Albariño grapes from the Rias Baixas Denomination of Origin.

With the incorporation to the winery of Berta García, winemaker with great experience in wineries such as Château Louis Latour and Château Haut-Brion, Tras Los Muros is born, made with vines close to the winery, hence the name.

Tras Los Muros highlights the excellence of the Albariño variety. Its fermentation and ageing is carried out in oak barrels of different volumes, manufacturers and ages for 6 months. In addition, it is aged for a further 6 months in steel and then aged for a year in the cellar.

Tasting Notes of Tras los Muros

Appearance: Pale straw yellow colour.
Nose: Aromas of white fruit (water pear), nectarine, apple, citrus touch (lime). When it opens it offers notes of liquorice and mint.
Palate: Crisp acidity, perfect bitterness and very well integrated oak.
