Red wine Three squared belongs to the V.T. Ribera del Queiles. And its grapes come from a selection of old vineyards of low production from the high slopes of the foot of the Moncayo, in Aragon, to the warmer lands by which the Queiles River runs, already in the community of Navarra.
Fermentation and maceration in vats of 15,000 kilos, at a temperature of 28 degrees, for 3 or 4 weeks. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, from a selection of fine-grained wood. A weekly batonage is carried out, and the barrels are individually controlled. Aged for 14 months in barrels of a year of French and American oak.
Tasting note three squared (3)
Intense cherry red colour, bright and with a great layer. The nose is fine and elegant, highlighting the red fruit, spices and some balsamic notes, which make it complex and enjoyable. Mouth amiable, with great finesse despite its potency, leaving a tasty aftertaste, in which the fruit abounds and in which mineral notes appear.
