Ventresca in Olive Oil Selection 1920. Produced by Real Conservera Española with high quality preserves from the best ventrescas in season and at their best moment of seasoning.

Selección 1920 was created with the aim of producing high quality gourmet Galician fish and seafood to be enjoyed all over the world. Selección 1920 is the youngest brand of the Real Conservera Española.

The ventresca is boiled and cleaned manually, making sure to remove any remaining skin, bones, etc. Once cleaned, they are filleted one by one and carefully canned by hand so as not to damage them.
