Vermut Primo Blanco

Primo Blanco is a white vermouth made by Primo de Lanzarote with Malvasía Volcánica and Diego.

It is an excellent vermouth to accompany appetizers, iberico, cheese, fish and some rice dishes. Ideal combined with classic and modern cocktails.

Tasting notes of Vermouth Primo Blanco

Appearance: Clean and crystalline with bright yellow tones.

Nose: On the nose, yellow and green fruits stand out with balsamic and spicy nuances.

Tasting phase: The palate begins with an aromatic and elegant entry, balanced acidity, sweetness and bitterness. Intense impact of wormwood, bitter notes of cinchona and gentian lutea; floral notes of coriander, sage and elderberry and citrus notes of orange peel.
