Viña Meín Blanco is a white wine from the D.O. Ribeiro produced by the Viña Meín winery, founded in 1988 in the town of Leiro (Orense).
Since the 2014 vintage, it has had the collaboration of the Comando G team -one of the most successful young projects-
The particular geographical situation of the Ribeiro area, located in the Galicia region, protects the vines from the constant storms that come from the Atlantic and makes the climate an oceanic-Mediterranean transition, as it is predominantly humid and has temperate temperatures of 14º of average.
These characteristics make it possible to produce wines that maintain good acidity with good grape maturation.
This wine is a blend in which the prevalence of Treixadura (70%) is joined by the varieties Godello, Loureira, Torrontés, Albariño and Lado (which together add up to 30%) from 16 hectares of vineyard, located at the shadow of the Monastery of San Clodio.
