The wine Viña pomal Crianza Centenario selection is characterized by tradidicional vinification. After the destemming and crushing, the alcoholic fermentation takes place. The total maceration is two weeks, looking for a structure of soft, pleasant wines with great fruit intensity. The wine spends 12 months in American oak casks (20% new) that bring complexity and maturity to this wine.

Viña pomal Crianza Centennial Selection is a cherry red colour with purplish glints. High aromatic intensity. Black fruits and licorice with shades of vanilla and roasted. On palate soft, elegant, balanced and fresh. The entrance is voluminous and the tannins, velvety, show the softness of this wine.
