Widow Jane Rye Mash Applewood Whiskey 70Cl.

This whiskey shares the same starting point as Widow Jane 10YO. In this case it is intended to extend the flavor profile of rye distillate to a new profile, more fruity compared to traditional ryes. For this purpose, apple wood cuts are added to the barrel where the spirit matures.

FLAVOR: bitter sweet smoke, light anise.

FINISH: apple crisp, demerara sugar.
