Description

Maxime Graillot Crozes-Hermitage Domaine de Lises is a red wine from the northern Rhône made entirely from Syrah grapes sourced from selected vineyards in the Crozes-Hermitage appellation.

It reflects the authentic character of this area, combining freshness, pure fruit expression and the mineral elegance typical of alluvial and clay-limestone soils. The project of Maxime Graillot, son of the renowned Alain Graillot, focuses on precise and respectful viticulture, resulting in an expressive, balanced wine with great potential for ageing in the bottle.

Tasting note

In the glass, it shows a deep, bright violet-red color.

On the nose, it offers intense aromas of ripe black fruits such as blackberry and plum, accompanied by notes of violet, black pepper, fine spices and a subtle mineral background.

On the palate, it is structured and elegant, with firm yet polished tannins, fresh acidity and a silky texture that enhances its balance. The finish is long and persistent, with fruity and spicy notes that highlight its Crozes-Hermitage origin.
