Herbero La Cava is a traditional liqueur from the Sierra de Mariola, in Alicante, produced by Licores Sinc S.A. with a selection of native aromatic herbs macerated in brandy.

Its artisanal recipe, passed down through generations, results in a liqueur with a great herbal character, freshness and balance between sweetness and bitterness.

With an alcohol content of 25% vol., this liqueur can be enjoyed on its own, with ice or as an ingredient in cocktails, being an ideal option for those looking for a spirit with Mediterranean roots.

Tasting notes of the Herbero la Cava Miniature:

Colour: Golden amber with greenish flashes.

Aroma: Intensely herbal, with notes of thyme, fennel, rosemary and chamomile, complemented by an aniseed and balsamic base.

Flavour: Sweet and smooth entry, followed by a perfect balance between fresh herbs and a spicy touch. Aniseed nuances and a slight bitter finish that provides persistence stand out.
