Nose: Intense aromas of red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, complemented by notes of soft spices and a touch of moist earth, characteristic of Fixin.

Mouth: On the palate, Pierre Damoy Fixin Les Mogottes is robust and structured. The tannins are firm but elegant, intertwined with flavors of ripe fruit and a slight touch of oak that adds complexity. The acidity is well balanced, providing freshness and outstanding aging potential.
