Tasting notes for Mumm Gift Set + 2 Glasses

To the eye, it presents a light golden yellow color with jade reflections. Its bubbles are fine, elegant, and very persistent, forming a constant bead that invites the first sip. On the nose, it is an explosion of freshness and complexity where we find fresh fruits of white peach, apricot, and citrus, accompanied by subtle hints of pineapple and lychee. Upon opening, aromas of fine pastry, vanilla, dried fruits (hazelnuts), and honey appear, a result of its aging on the lees.
