Description

Izadi Selección is a red wine from the D.O. Rioja made by bodegas Izadi belonging TO the Artevino Family Wineries. Selection represents the essence of Izadi, for it is chosen the best old vineyards of the triangle that comprise Villabuena, Samaniego and Ábalos; of low performance and whose average age is 60 years.

Aged for 16 months in barrels 75% of French oak and 25% American oak.

Izadi Tasting Note Selection

Izadi selection  is of intense ruby color with stained teardrop. Great complexity of aroma with notes of well-assembled red fruits with aromas of fine wood and smoked. In the mouth is sapid, velvety, with a structured mouth step and a long and persistent finish.
