Description

Moët & Chandon Brut Imperial Congratulations belongs to the group Louis Vuitton Moët Henessy. It is the most consumed champagne brand in France and in the world, well ahead of its immediate competitor. It is also the owner of a vineyard of 500 hectares in production and, at the same time, of a mythical name of the Champagne, that of the monk "Dom Pérignon".

Moet & Chandon Brut Imperial Tasting Note

Visual Appearance: An elegant golden straw-yellow colour with subtle green reflections, complemented by an exceptionally fine, lively and persistent stream of bubbles that forms a continuous bead.

Nose: The bouquet opens with vibrant aromas of white-fleshed fruits such as green apple, pear and peach, intertwined with fresh citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit. These evolve into delicate mineral nuances and white flowers (linden blossom and vine flower), followed by refined tertiary aromas of brioche, toasted cereals, fresh walnuts and a subtle touch of butter.

Palate: Generous, refined and beautifully balanced on the palate. It combines luscious fruit richness with the seductive caress of its delicate bubbles. A lively, refreshing acidity brings vibrant citrus freshness and hints of gooseberry, leading to a long, persistent, clean and remarkably elegant finish with notes of fine pastry.

Highlights

Prestigious Terroir: Grapes sourced from the largest vineyard estate in Champagne, including 50% Grand Cru and 25% Premier Cru vineyards on chalky soils.

Masterful Blend: A blend of more than 100 wines from different vintages, enriched with 20% to 30% carefully selected reserve wines to ensure the signature Moët style.

Limited Edition Congratulations: Exclusive luxury insulated metallic gift box designed to keep the bottle at the ideal serving temperature for up to two hours.

Aged in Historic Cellars: Matured for a minimum of 24 months in the underground cellars of Épernay, developing exceptionally fine bubbles and remarkable aromatic complexity.

Serving Recommendations

Serving temperature: 6°C to 8°C. Chill the bottle slowly in an ice bucket filled with ice and water for approximately 30 minutes before serving. Serve in tulip-shaped or fine crystal flute glasses to fully appreciate the finesse of the bubbles and aromatic complexity.

Food Pairing: Outstanding as a celebratory aperitif. Pairs beautifully with fresh seafood (oysters, lobster), sushi, sashimi, baked white fish, beef carpaccio, foie gras, and soft or semi-aged cheeses.
