Description
Pommery Brut Rose is a sparkling wine from the A.O.C. Champange. To create Brut Rosé, Pommery makes a selection of its thirty crus. In this delicate composition, Chardonnay grapes are predominant, representing more than a third of the mixture. A handful of Pinot Noir grapes were produced in red before being mixed with Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier varieties. The Brut Rose is followed by a maturation in the Pommery wineries for an average of three years.
Pommery Brut Rose Tasting notes
Pommery Brut Rose is an old rose with dark shades of salmon. The bubbles are thin and persistent. Berry Aroma for a round nose sensation. In the mouth it has a very subtle rosé character: flexible and slightly sturdy, with an attractive freshness and liveliness.
