Description

Discover the excellence of Piedmont with Pio Cesare Gavi, a world-class Italian white wine that redefines elegance and freshness.

Made exclusively from the indigenous Cortese variety, this Gavi DOCG comes from selected vineyards on the most prestigious slopes of the Gavi region, where the unique microclimate and mineral-rich soils give the wine an unmatched personality. The historic winery Pio Cesare, founded in 1881 in Alba, applies its philosophy of minimal intervention and strict quality control to create a liquid masterpiece.

The vintage stands out for its perfect balance, the result of optimal grape ripening under the Piedmontese sun. In the winery, vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to preserve the delicate aromatic compounds, followed by aging on lees, which adds volume, texture and fascinating complexity on the palate.
