It is produced from a careful selection of traditional grapes such as Pinot, Cabernet, and Merlot, whose fresh and fragrant pomace undergoes triple distillation in copper stills, under vacuum and heated in a bain-marie. This artisanal process preserves the grape’s aromatic richness, ensuring an elegant, complex profile with great personality.
