Haku Vodka is a creation from the renowned House of Suntory, made from 100% Japanese white rice (hakumai), a symbol of purity and perfection in Japanese culture. Its name, "Haku" (白), means "white" or "bright," reflecting the clarity and craftsmanship that characterize this vodka.

The production process begins in Kagoshima, where the rice is fermented with koji and distilled in traditional stills. Subsequently, at the Osaka plant, a second distillation and a unique filtration through bamboo charcoal take place, a technique that provides smoothness and a clean, elegant profile.
