The JAG Corullón Vino de Villa 2022 is a masterpiece of the Bierzo Designation of Origin, made exclusively with Mencía grapes from unique vineyards located in Corullón, a privileged enclave in the foothills of the Montes de León.

This wine reflects the essence of a unique terroir, characterized by slate soils and an Atlantic-continental climate that provides freshness and complexity. Produced with traditional techniques and a deep respect for the environment, this villa wine represents the purity and authenticity of the Bierzo reds, with a marked and elegant personality.

Tasting note Jag Corullon Vino de Villa:

Appearance: Intense garnet red color with violet reflections, bright and clean, denoting its freshness and youth.

Nose: Complex and enveloping aromas with a predominance of ripe black fruits such as blackberries and blueberries, accompanied by floral (violets) and spicy notes, along with a mineral touch that reflects the slate soils of Corullón. Subtle balsamic and herbaceous nuances provide depth and elegance.

Palate: On the palate it is structured, fresh and silky, with fine and well-integrated tannins. Its balanced acidity enhances the flavours of ripe black fruits, with a persistent mineral background that gives it character and distinction. The finish is long, refined and full of nuances that invite you to continue tasting it.
