This exclusive wine, made with 100% Tempranillo, comes from unique vineyards in Fuentenebro, where granite and quartz soils give it a unique and unmistakable personality.
Tasting Notes of Pago de los Capellanes Un sueño en las alturas
Appearance: Deep cherry red color with violet reflections and a high, bright and dense layer.
Nose: Complex and elegant, with an explosion of ripe black fruits (blackberries, blueberries) combined with floral notes of violets and lavender. Mineral touches, sweet spices (pink pepper, vanilla) and subtle balsamic nuances are perceived.
