Description

Ropiteau Meursault Blanc is a French white wine from the prestigious Meursault appellation in the Côte de Beaune, Burgundy, made from 100% carefully selected Chardonnay grapes harvested by hand.

After traditional vinification with a pneumatic press, the must ferments and ages partially in oak barrels, around 20% of which are new, remaining in contact with its fine lees during the aging period to provide complexity and structure without losing freshness. This approach reflects the classic and elegant character of Meursault whites, seeking balance between aromatic richness and liveliness on the palate.

It has a bright golden color with luminous hues. The nose offers a fragrant profile dominated by aromas of white flowers and ripe fruit notes combined with subtle hints of light butter and mineral touches. On the palate, it has a broad and opulent structure, with a creamy sensation, fine tannins, and a pleasant acidity that brings freshness and length.
