The 2020 Valenciso Cemento wine stands out for its unique personality, resulting from meticulous production.
A magnificent opportunity to discover and appreciate the virtues of winemaking and aging in cement tanks. A different and surprising wine, full of life and flavor. It stands out for its notes of candied fruit, its roundness, elegance, and great tasting pleasure. Made with 100% Tempranillo grapes from organically farmed vineyards in Rioja Alta. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out with native yeasts, and malolactic fermentation occurs naturally. It is aged for 28 months in cement tanks.
Valenciso Cemento Tasting Notes:
Appearance: It presents an intense, bright, and clean cherry red color, with violet edges that reflect its youth.
Nose: Fresh and intense aromas of red and black fruits, such as strawberries, raspberries, and ripe cherries, stand out. Floral and mineral notes are also appreciated, along with a light balsamic touch, a result of its exclusive aging in cement.
Palate: Lively and fresh on the palate, with a medium body, silky texture, and soft, well-integrated tannins. The wine displays a balance of fresh fruit and perfectly balanced acidity, leaving a long, elegant, and very pleasant finish.
