Cuvée Palomar tasting notes:
Appearance: Intense ruby red color with garnet reflections, bright and high layer.
Nose: Deep aromas of ripe black fruits (blackberry, plum), with spicy, balsamic notes and hints of cedar, chocolate and vanilla from its aging in barrels.
Palate: Enveloping entry, with silky and well-integrated tannins, balanced acidity and a long and elegant finish with nuances of cocoa, licorice and sweet spices.
