Description
Alma Mistica is a white wine of the D.O. Valencia elaborated by Bodegas Murviedro. It is a very aromatic white wine, ideal as an aperitif and to accompany salads, fish, seafood and white meats.
Selection of grapes, destemming, soft crushed and cold maceration of the Viura variety. Selection and elaboration under the carbonated maceration technique of the Muscat variety. Assembly and fermentation under temperature control.
Note of tasting Alma Mystic
Alma Mistica is yellow with greenish hues, very bright.
Very intense and complex aroma, with a wide range of aromas of exotic fruits (lychees, passion fruit) and floral nuances.
Tasty and aromatic flavor, enveloping but fresh, very persistent.
