Description

Bendito Destino El Olmar is a masterpiece of heroic viticulture in Ribera del Duero, crafted by the prestigious sommelier Terry Kandylis.

This extremely limited production red wine (only 569 bottles) is born from centenarian vineyards planted between 1920 and 1930 at an altitude of over 930 meters in Canalejas de Peñafiel. A unique field blend that fuses Tempranillo, Garnacha, Valenciano, and Albillo Mayor.

Fermented with indigenous yeasts in concrete eggs and aged for 16 months in used Taransaud barrels, it stands out for its Burgundian profile, exceptional freshness, mineral tension, and subtle notes of roses and orange peel. A must-have cult wine for Ribera del Duero collectors.

Tasting Note of Bendito Destino El Olmar:

Bright, medium-bodied ruby color.

On the nose, it displays complex aromas of wild red fruits, rose petals, orange peel, and subtle spicy hints of cardamom.

On the palate, it is tense, elegant, and vibrantly fresh, with silky tannins and a long, mineral finish. 12.3% Vol.
