Alcoholic fermentation with natural yeasts at controlled temperature (18ºC) for 20 days in stainless steel tanks where it remains on its lees for six months. In French oak for 4 months before bottling.
Tasting notes Cañada la Torre
Colour: Yellow with greenish hues, very bright.
Aroma: Very intense and complex, with a wide range of ripe fruit aromas (lychee, peach, red apples) with floral nuances of orange blossom and an aftertaste of dried fruits.
Taste: Tasty and aromatic, unctuous and fresh with a long finish.
