The Cava Ars collecta Blanc de Blancs is a cava MADE by Codorniu in Sant Sadurní D´Anoia. These are the new cavas of excellence of Codorniu. It has a unctuosity combined with a high acidity that confers the Chardonnay variety.

Warm yellow Color of fine bubble forming continuous rosaries. On the nose are soft notes of toast, interspersed with fruit of bone: (Peaches and Nectarines) and in the mouth is complex, balanced and creamy. To accompany in all types of seafood, fish with soft sauces and raw preparations, all kinds of rice, meat and smoked.
